Kinetix International provides strategic branding, digital solutions, and marketing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for project completion. Delays caused by client inaction may result in project timeline adjustments.
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables. Kinetix International retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
Kinetix International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international business laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
